"My Within Waves photograph series immerses the viewer within an intimate view of ocean waves, capturing the play of light and the changing surface of the sea as the salt water moves and flows. There are few things I love more than the salt water embrace of the ocean on a summer day. The movement of the tide, the gentle ebb of the current along the coast and the power of a breaker crashing into the shore. The ocean makes us feel infinite and tiny all at once. Interconnected with all the earth and isolated in peace at the same time.

I use contemporary photography and my background in environmental science to translate natural stories into serene artwork. My photographic style captures the intricacies of the natural world in a simple and timeless way. My work has contributed to tranquil spaces around the world." - Dianna Brennan
