For most of us, Florida means Sun. And Department of Transportation means DOT. Hardly a surprise that the title of this outdoor sculpture for the Miami Department of Transportation, is titled "Sun Dots". What does pleasantly surprise visitors to the department's new headquarters building is the captivating image of 512 highway reflectors mounted on six-feet tall aluminum rods, all waving in unison to Florida's tropical breezes.
